This website is operated by HAFETECH, which includes Hafe Yazılım Limited Şirketi in Türkiye and HAFETECH LLC in the United States. Our Indonesia office is operated together with our sister company AVICENNA TECH. In these terms, "we", "us", and "our" refer to the relevant entity, and "you" refers to the person or organization using the website or our services.

Client engagements are contracted with one of our entities, which is named in the proposal or agreement. As a general rule:

• Clients in Türkiye contract with Hafe Yazılım Limited Şirketi.
• Clients in Southeast Asia may contract with AVICENNA TECH.
• All other clients contract with HAFETECH LLC.

The entity named in your agreement is responsible for performing it. The governing law and jurisdiction for that agreement are described in section 10.

You may use this website for lawful purposes and to learn about our company, products, and services. You agree not to:

• Use the website in a way that breaks any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, its servers, or any connected system
• Interfere with the website's operation, including through denial of service attacks, malicious code, or excessive automated requests
• Copy or scrape content at scale, or use it to train machine learning models, without our written permission
• Misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with any person or organization

Security research carried out in line with our Security and Responsible Disclosure policy at https://hafetech.net/legal/security is not a breach of these terms.

• Scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees are defined in the agreement. Changes in scope are agreed in writing.
• Ownership of deliverables created specifically for you transfers to you once the related fees have been paid in full.
• We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, libraries, know-how, and products, and grant you the licence you need to use any of them that are included in your deliverables.
• Each party keeps the other's confidential information confidential and uses it only for the engagement.
• Where we process personal data on your behalf, we sign a data processing agreement that meets the requirements of the applicable law.
• We may mention you as a client only with your permission.

MCPCore, AviClass, and Kargorasyon are offered under their own terms of service and privacy notices, which are published on each product's website. Those documents govern your use of the products.

To the extent permitted by law, this website is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of this website.

A client agreement may set a different governing law, jurisdiction, or arbitration process, in which case the agreement applies. Consumers keep any right to bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence where mandatory law grants that right.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised terms.
