Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains which cookies and similar technologies hafetech.net uses, why we use them, and how you can control them. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

Last updated: 22 October 2026

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. Similar technologies, such as local storage, work in a comparable way. They allow a website to remember information about your visit, for example your preferences, or to measure how the site is used.

Cookies set by the website you are visiting are first-party cookies. Cookies set by another service, such as an analytics provider, are third-party cookies.

2. Our approach

We keep cookies to a minimum. By default, this website uses only storage that is strictly necessary to remember your cookie choice. Analytics cookies are placed only after you give consent by selecting Accept in the cookie banner.

Rejecting analytics cookies does not affect your ability to use the website. Accept and Reject are presented with equal prominence, and no option is preselected.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a decision to reject analytics cookies and do not show the banner.

3. Cookies and storage we use

We do not use advertising, retargeting, or social media tracking cookies. Our pages do not embed third-party content that sets cookies.

4. About Google Analytics

If you consent, we use Google Analytics, a service provided by Google LLC and Google Ireland Limited, to understand how visitors use our website. We use this information only in aggregated form to improve the site. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses, and analytics data is kept for up to 14 months.

Google may process this data on servers outside your country, including in the United States. More information is available at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

6. How to manage your choice

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time by selecting Cookie Settings in the footer of any page. If you withdraw consent, we stop loading analytics and remove the analytics cookies we can access.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Most browsers explain how to do this in their help pages. Google also offers a browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

7. Changes to this policy

If we add new cookies or change how we use them, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent again.
